AxomNet Broadband Pvt. Ltd. believes in being transparent about all available services. Please find below the additional terms and conditions which are applicable to all Unlimited Data BROADBAND PLANS. (Not applicable to leased lines or Dedicated data corporate plans). These terms are akin to the industry standard terms and are as followed by most ISP's. Usage of our services imply that a subscriber unconditionally agrees to the following terms. • The tariffs are exclusive of Goods and Service Tax (GST), unless mentioned otherwise. • One month denotes 30 days unless specified otherwise. • Unlimited Broadband data plans are not dedicated speeds. The speed is capped at the maximum speeds committed and can only go “UPTO” that speed, this however does not imply that the subscriber shall get that speed at all times. • The Plans are intended only for personal use of included services. AxomNet Broadband Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to discontinue Unlimited Data benefits offered as part of the Plans in case of misuse/ fraudulent use/ unauthorised telemarketing and commercial use. To avoid abuse of Unlimited Data benefits by a few that affects the vast majority of other users, for unlimited data plans, AxomNet Broadband Pvt. Ltd. Will identify and treat any consumption by a customer beyond 3500 GB of data in a 30 day recharge cycle; as misuse of the benefits provided. Upon reaching such limit in a recharge cycle, AxomNet Broadband Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to withdraw the plan benefits without giving any prior notice. Data Limit is calculated as Upload + Download data. • The prepaid recharge once processed, can neither be refunded for cash nor be transferred to any other account. • Unutilized free benefits will be forfeited at the end of validity. • The data used by the consumers for OTT applications and or other add on benefits would be uniformly debited against plan data allocation. • It is the Customer’s responsibility to install and maintain sufficient WiFi or other networking equipment to cover the whole premises. AxomNet Broadband Pvt. Ltd. Is not responsible for network performance after the CPE (Router / ONU) device. • Data charges will be applicable for both Upload and Data usage. • One time refundable amount includes deposit for devices and advance towards installation services is refundable only if service is discontinued with prior intimation and within the 14 days of installation and, upon return of devices in working condition along with original packaging.. • Commercial use policy of 3500 GB applicable on all Truly Unlimited Plans. • OTT and other Add on services as applicable on eligible plans will be valid only on timely recharge of account. OTT and other Add on services will change if the recharge plan is changed. • AxomNet Broadband Pvt. Ltd. Reserves the right to cancel all free and add on services without any prior intimation and at their discretion. |
