AxomNet does not engage any 3rd party vendors for delivery.
1) AxomNet delivers only within Greater Guwahati Area. Orders placed for delivery area outside Greater Guwahati will be cancelled and money refunded within 24 hours.
2) All items which are ordered before 2 pm will be delivered same day before 9 pm. Orders received after 2 pm will be delivered on the next business day.
3) AxomNet will not deliver to areas which are inaccessible by municipal roads.
4) AxomNet will not deliver during Flash Floods or other force majeure conditions. Delivery will be done after situation improves.
5) AxomNet will proceed for delivery only after contacting customer over phone. We shall make only one delivery attempt, if customer is not able to collect item they must collect the same from our office at Apurba Path, R.G.B. Road, Guwahati.
